I was pretty tired today during the workout today once again I didn't get a great sleep last night. First, when doing the barefoot running around the track, i was a bit sore. Once getting to the bike and the elliptical I made sure to get the most that I could out of it that I could. Starting to feel ready for the race this weekend.
