Today started off not the greatest again, I woke up at 3:30am thinking that mu clock start 6:30am and I was worried that I was late for practice! After that I was pretty restless for the rest of the night. So, I was pretty tired this morning at the start of the workout.
In terms of the workout, I was really focusing on staying up tall and making sure that my arms came out of the water just to my nose level and not above my head.
