I ran the time trail which went alright. It was a bit difficult because I have not done a race in a while so it was bit hard to get back into the racing mindset. During the race I felt like I was giving it my full effort but when I finished the trial I felt like I still had some energy that I could have used. During the first loop of the 4km trail I felt pretty good for the most part but when it came to the last 2km I just lost some of my mental focus and it was harder for me to go harder, faster and better for the second half of the race. I will begin to try and focus on placing myself in an uncomfortable situation and putting everything that I have out there.
