I was pushing myself up each hill and focusing on making sure I was tall and pumping the arms and moving the legs quick. Overall, I had a good effort and was able to get everything out of me that I could for the day, and I was happy with that.

This Brazilian went well and better than I thought. It was different not doing it with a big group of people.

I wasn't able to get to a pool today so I did this instead. Overall it was good to get the legs moving around during the run and getting the legs moving faster during the strides.

Was a bit disappointed with this run because I did get out the effort that I wanted and needed to do for a Monday workout. I was still a bit tired from the traveling yesterday.
