Today I felt that I ran my race smarter than yesterdays race. I was pushing myself mentally today with staying with the girl in front of me and not letting her get to far away from me. I thought the first 2 laps of my race went very good I was able to stay with the other girl but once going into the 3rd lap (hardest lap) I started to feel very tired and mentally I begain to fall, I wasnt able to stay up with the girls anymore and I started to fall behind. Was still happy with the race because I ran it smarter today but dissapointment because I didn't stay up with the girl in front of me.

The race today I thought went fairly well. It was the first 800m that I have ran in a long time, it was very different getting into the right pace for the race and learning again how to push myself. I felt that I didn't necessarily get everything out of myself. I think there is still some more in there today that I can defiantly get out.

I was pretty tired today during the workout today once again I didn't get a great sleep last night. First, when doing the barefoot running around the track, i was a bit sore. Once getting to the bike and the elliptical I made sure to get the most that I could out of it that I could. Starting to feel ready for the race this weekend.

Was feeling tired today because I didn't get alot of sleep last night because I was not feeling the greatest. I gave it the best effort that I could give today in the pool and got the most out of it that I could.

I was feeling very strong when going through the steady surges. I was defiantly putting in the effort to change the pace from steady to the surge while keeping in mind to go straight back to steady after the surge was over. Going into the CD was a bit difficult going into. The first five mins of the CD were hard, but then after that, the last 10mins was better. Overall, was a good workout
