Was a good effort today. Legs were feeling a bit heavy but that is good because it tells me that I am working hard. For sure hit a Saturday workout because I was very tired when I was finished that hills.

Was pretty good. Was a bit sore from the past couple of days and still trying to get into the routine of doing the workout on my own right now. Overall it was a good effort today and really felt like I was getting something out of it today.

wasn't able to get into a pool today to do a pool workout so instead, I went out on the trails again today and ran for 50mins. was feeling pretty good today and it was nice to get out and run in the warmer weather this afternoon.
