Had a really good bike and run. My swim was alright but I felt I didn't come out of the water with the people I should have. Overall I was happy with my race.

Felt good but just ran an easy pace. Did right after 1h05 bike

Long run. Felt fairly good during this. My splits were fairly even. Did have some calf and shin pain.

did right after 1h25min bike. felt pretty good but legs started to tighten up near the end. did at a tempo pace

Race went well. Had a really good swim and my first transition was slow since my shoe fell off my bike. Bike went ok and the run felt strong.
