Struggled a bit through this workout. Felt very tired and sore. Couldn't get my legs going

Finally had a free evening and was able to make it to Winnipeg for group training. After biking we did 3 x 1km on 7 min. My 2nd one was the fastest but it was downhill and the other 2 were up hill. The 1st and 3rd I ran on the same time.

2nd tempo was little bit faster than the first. Legs felt dull and took a while to get going.

Monday Aug 21 #

Ran a steady pace. Legs felt kind of heavy and had some shin and calf pain.
