Felt that I pushed myself during the time trial and gave my best effort. Didn't feel like I was as prepared as I usually would have been since I've been out of routine with moving here and haven't been doing what I would usually do before races.

easy run of the course before the time trial. Wasn't feeling how i wanted to feel the day before a time trial. Was feeling tired and dull.

not the greatest, had some cramping and shins/calves felt sore

1 through 8 I ran about the same pace and then fell off the last couple. By the 6th one I was struggling to hold on to a pace. It was a hard workout but overall I felt ok for it

Did right after bike. Ran a pretty even pace. Went pretty good some leg tightness.
