Tried kicking today and started to feel my foot near the end of warm up. Initially planned to just kick during wu and cd so just ended up doing wu. It was nice to do an actual workout but my arms were very tired as lots of my power comes from my kick

Foot was feeling sore today. Not too sure from what as I haven’t done anything different. Pool was good though
