Park run. Finally starting to get back to where I was before I was sick. Mostly felt pretty good.

Felt pretty good in the intervals. Think I'm nearly over this cold :)

Run in Wilton bush. Spent the first 15 minutes looping around to the top bit to try and find Stuart then just gave up and ran along the bottom to the end each way. Felt better than on Saturday
