Jog to start, sprint training on the waterfront in the rain, then jog back to the car. It was really nice and calm when we jogged from the car to the start, but then just as we got there it started raining and the wind picked up a bit and continued through the training. Felt quite slow at the start but sped up through the course. Thighs got quite cold in the gap between jogging to the start and beginning the course, and left calf sore towards the end and going back to the car.
