Park run. Nice to run on a flat course for a change, and it was a lovely morning for it too. Managed to keep a pretty even pace throughout which was good.

Ran home from Karori. Once I got to the track in the cemetery I did 10 x 1 min hard with 1 min easy in between, then ran steadily up the hills on the skyline. It was a really nice morning out with no wind. Felt pretty good.

Ran around the course set for the Marsden girls to see how long it would take to get all the controls. Quite slippery in places and the fields were like marshes

Putting out and collecting controls for Marsden rogaine at the cemetery. Managed to get some sprints in while collecting to try get in a bit more speed work.

Winter score series 3. Decided at the beginning I would try to get all the controls, but didn't realise how easy it was going to be. Think I picked a good route, though wasted a bit of time looking for one by some trees when I stopped too early. Probably could have pushed a bit harder on some of the hills, but pretty happy with how it went.
