Warm up to Nairnville then did one lap to measure distance then
200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, 800, 600, 400, 200 intervals with 200 rest in between.
Felt stuffed after about three but pushed through and started to feel better. The track was 400m but I think I picked the 200m mark slightly wrong so some are a little long and others a little short, but close enough.
Decided to take times after the first 800 so times were
3:14, 4:04, 3:22, 2:28, 1:33, 0:45
Then jogged back home as a warm down. Felt pretty tired after, but it was a good session and I pushed pretty hard.
