Training at Osgiliath - 3 middle distance courses
Did not start very well, with me being a bit distracted and us not being at the start triangle, so nothing fitted the map properly, though I tried to make it, so I wasn't feeling very good about my orienteering ability at the beginning.
Once we actually started from the right place things improved a bit, and my navigation was pretty good, though I didn't have much confidence throughout, and my legs were quite tired so I was quite slow.

to uni and back. was nice and sunny today. not sure why I was longer than usual on the way home, though it was quite windy

90 minute (mostly) easy run with Stuart. The first 20 minutes was tough, with 11 minutes of continuous uphill to the skyline, but from there it got easier. I struggled up the hill, with sore glutes from yesterday and just feeling really tired. About half way through, it randomly changed from being sunny to raining and hailing on us, though we got some pretty views :)

To uni via town, then home via Stuart's for the run. Rather tired for the last bit home after running, and very cold.

Motivation rather low today, but needed to get out the house so went to harriers. Warm up, drills then 12 x 200m, trying to accelerate towards the end and jogging back to the start in between. Was good to get out, and was nice to do some speed work after a post-nationals break. Need to set myself some new goals and try get some motivation back.
