Sick as a dog this weekend. Not the best way to spend my birthday weekend. Was a good way to force me to let the hamstring heal though!

Woke up with a full blown cold. See how I feel tonight but probably going to take a rest day.

Left hamstring still bugging me. Want to run this weekend but not sure if it's a good idea. Maybe just a short one.

Very tired this morning and woke up with a stiff neck. Would like to try Body Pump today but not a good idea with the neck. Decided to try Elise's All Terrain class instead. Ok class but not nearly as good as Victoria's.

Ian's swim class. Awesome class. Felt really strong, especially with the pull buoy. Kick is really screwing me up. Need to work on this.

Working on my left hamstring. Tendon around knee is quite tight and sore after 10k run last Friday and all of the walking at the Masters. No long runs for at least a few days. Swim tonight and bike tomorrow.
