Did a stair workout, did 5 reps of up the stairs, 20 push-up, than back down, and 30 crunches. Each rep changed between one leg climb, box jump, both feet on each step (Don't know the official name) , and normal climb. (This was a 3 level building)

Had fountainhead on Sunday, ran decent but made a couple major mistakes because I did not keep a sharp bearing. After control 2 I busted my hand on a root while tripping down a rentrant, this bruised my right palm severely. And 5-6 I came across an unleashed dog that was barking at several Orienteers, they were shouting at the dog to go back home. Overall I was somewhat distracted and unfocused during the race which made me lose my bearing.
