Leg 4, orange course. Not a bad run but not a great run either. #2 left the path too early, probably wasted 20secs. #5, same mistake again, similar time loss. #9 (after spectator...) too hesitant! Could possibly be being a tad too harsh on myself, who knows.

pretty chill morning sesh focusing on compass bearings

train activity, partnered with an M12. He led to #1 and the next people (Herbie and Alice) caught us up. I led the entire way round the course with all 3 people following me. Extremely pleased, took it steady and spiked the majority of controls!

Weather was absolutely appalling, completely soaked within about 5 seconds of leaving the car! Did a tiny WU and just set off so I didn't get chilly. Very scrappy race with 3 mistakes, not concentrating well whatsoever. Glad I got out and did it though because I've been pretty lazy this week...

First training session back, feels great to be back playing after a summer of no football whatsoever! Fitness drills at the start followed by some football possession and running activities which was quite hard work. Then some pens and ended with a sprint to the other end of the pitch and back, I won ;)
