3rd

Bit disappointed as only +22 seconds from the winner and finished 3rd. Was leading until a mistake at 12 where I missed the path and should've probs contoured round anyways. Lost about a minute. Frustrated as I could've won w/o that but still glad to be back on the podium.
This year's been a year that I've made a small mistake on a control and lost it cos of it whoops, shows how strong the top of our age class is!

taking it pretty steady, chest felt really gunky

+54 secs on Rachel D, 4th.
Not my type of race, just pure running and no route choice.
A few small mistakes costing me about 30seconds overall, bit disappointed as without these hesitations and 90ing a control I could've got podium.

Had a good start to the race, in the lead until #4 where I left the control in slightly the wrong direction and last about 10secs. Spiked #1 with fastest leg split too so pleased.

Pretty hard netball sesh in PE. Did lots of running and drills in our warm ups and played hard matches, hardest netball sesh I've done in a while
