won 4-0 - Scored 1
absolutely dominated them but final passes into the D weren't always great and their keeper was fair good.

Anika had a great run, sending me off in 2nd, just behind Rachel B.
Overtook Rachel B when she made a mistake at #1 but never saw her.
Pippa & Rachel D just behind me and my mistake at #3 meant they caught me. Both really class runners and pushed me on a lot, got away from me near the end when Rachel had a shorter & less hilly gaffle (Lucky!) and Pippa just was a beast and too fast for me...
Came in 3rd about 40 seconds down on them.

3rd. 1st English.
Messed up number 1 for about 3.5 mins ish, was right next to it and didn't see it, was soooo confused. eventually found it but Rachel Brown was already just behind me. Kept in in front of her full way though and legs felt great. Spiked every control except #1 and #6, lost about 1min on #6.

Pleased with a medal but disappointed as without my stupid error at #1 it could've potentially been a winning race.

me and Hannah Rumney did it together, had a stronger finish tho so got a bit of a lead at end

Also did a few sprint tests, not a great sprinter though

Run up Ling Fell
Pretty steep uphill at start then a longer cruise down, nice short run out just to get the legs moving.
Did a loop on terrain at the top and felt quite strong so thats good.
