Up Glenderterra to Blencathra, up the bridleway past Skiddaw House then traverse back round Jenkin hill and then down Latrigg.

Felt great til about 6K when I got a sharp pain in my chest that lasted the entire way till the car and my mins/km went to shit basically, not great as the pain slowed me down a lot on the flat and downhill on way back :(

Could've got 1 more but could've only possibly managed 2nd place. Jess had a stormer, picked a better route which I actually considered whoops. I 100% have a 3rd and 4th place curse...

Messed up cos I went to #4 before #3 but then went up the stairs and thought I was in someone's garden so I shit myself even tho I wasn't. Then realised and had to go to #3, then #4. Bad route out of #4 too whoops...
