Chill ride out with mam, went at her pace all the way.
Funny cos I can run quicker than my mam can bike bless her.

Down Fernbank to Barepot, along river and back up Northside then to Seaton. Would be quite a nice route to run sometime I think.

Was meant to be a cooper run but could feel legs a bit from yesterday at 1.5K so stopped as didn't want to knacker myself. On way back decided to go all out to each bridge [about 500m apart??], stop for 30s, repeat.
Enjoyed it but tired.

Along the sandunes into the headwind, through these muddy fields for like 2K then along by the beck to the sea and back into the headwind to the campsite.
Was more like 10K but took a dodgy route along the beach and stopped my watch near the end and ended up slipping all overt spot on these wet rocks and steps.
Good fun though with dad and the dog.
