Really enjoyed this (other than shredding my legs going to 6 whoops).
Was beating dad until I did a dodgy route to 12 :(( Lost some time there & on some other small losses (6,7) but running felt great!

Setmurthy Night-O - Long - 5.2km
Steady to 1 ended up slightly too low, tad too left on 2. Spiked 3-11. Faffed in the circle at 12 and was quite too far down at 13. 14 was a right mess for everyone I think, was about 10 of us all looking for ages. Spiked 15 and saw Sunley fall on the way ;)
Running felt very good on the parts where you told tonk along so thats good :)

British School Championships - New Beechenhurst - 1st

Binned 1min 30 at #2 as went up wrong stream branch. Lost another 20 seconds as went to go straight on #5 but there was tapes stopping you from crossing the river.

Unhappy with errors and binning 1min 50 in total but pleased to take the win and running felt decent.
