Sylvester, Belgium Day 3. 4.3km - W16 - 2nd, +1min 14secs.
Good-ish run but after analysis realised that lost around 1.5mins.
#4 - lack of definite plan, 20s.
#6 - loss of concentration therefore missing attackpoint + ended up taking a long route around path. 1 min binned.
#7 - Minor error, 10s. Should've looked for tree stump but I chose no clear AP in plan.
Concentration good except #4, compass bearings good when needed.

Running up in W16 class, 1st.
Clean but quite scrappy in the circle on a few. Made sure to take a minute before the start to chill out as we were very rushed because the ferry was late haha. No time for WU.

Note

off to Belgium for the 5 day event (miss the first day which is today)

After New Year proper training starts! Been nice to have a long break over December to regain motivation for next year.
