still need to lose a lot of weight been gaining for ages so it’s time to actually start eating a lot less and to eat more healthily to sort it out

Long run out with Dad + Bisto, loved every minute!
Along forest tracks at the start then onto a very muddy and boggy trail by the river which was quite tiring but good for building strength. A steep grass uphill then back down along more boggy, mud filled trails which were very fun. Enjoyed this a lot and felt good! 5.30m/km along tracks but a bit slower along trails and going up the steep field.

Flat Fell Night-O, walking/jogging using it as compass practise. A bit out to the right on some but think I was drifting too much going downhill. Enjoyed being out though!!
