calfs felt absolutely dead, tiomila catching up on me I think!
Just jogged and walked, nav was decent just no speed.

Didn't have watch so WU, WD & 400m time estimates.
School Athletics on the grass track-
WU - 600m
800m for GCSE - 3:08, was leading but another great runner who does athletics passed me at ~150m to go and finished a few steps behind her. Need to learn race tactics lol.
Shin was hurting (? weird) and achilles a bit tender too.
WD - 600m
400m - "racing" but took it steady with some lads so the one at the front could get a time in.
4 PM

Jog/walk with dad whilst he tagged controls. Legs felt dead from tio still so didn't want to do much.
