Parkrun PB - Workington
didn’t know this was even possible for me, just wanted to get sub 23 and to be so near 22mins i’m quite pleased. Was solo between 2 lines of people from basically the start and was first lady too which was nice. Think i can still go faster with some more speed work and pushing more towards the end (didn’t want to blow up tho!) This is a big positive for me! :)

Autumn Series #3 - rtd
Set off decent speed wise but messed up #3 for a minute going the wrong route by far lol. Going to 7 my chest completely tightened up and i felt like i was running on empty so decided to stop and walk back as there was a long run straight out and back along the promenade that looked grim to me at this point.
My cold was going but now after netball in the rain and being freezing for a while i feel a bit rats again
