lots of faffing at the start because the wheel was on too tight so it wasn’t working properly but actually enjoyed this after that. Didn’t feel knee at all - was more my throat annoying me.

could feel knee when going down the stairs at school - probably going to leave it to the event on sunday to see how it feels then. Maybe a jog on saturday to stretch the legs.

no pain at all when walking today (barely done anything yday and today though) but a good sign. Also think i possibly could have tonsilitis but have some spray from chemist and i’m waiting to see if the pain in my throat goes away with that.
