Made a mistake at #3, bad exit direction then was just being stupid not thinking so lost some time (2mins!!) running back n forth on the path (going 180° wrong oops) not making a decision, then eventually made a decision but was v hesitant as didn’t know exactly where i was on the path. Happy with this tho, i’ll take a 2nd place!

lancaster uni sprint
hmmm sprints aren’t really my thing tbh...
just couldn’t seem to run fast with the map and wasn’t far enough in my buffer zone to plan the long legs very well and think i lost a lot of time on both the long legs looking back. Also made another minor route choice mistake and hesitated a bit. Not my day but oh well!

GCSE PE - track is muddy as out so miss just wanted to look at our technique and tactics so we had to do 2 laps of the school hill (steady,fast) and then a sprint finish because it was a ‘race’. Took the W after being diked at the gates.
