SOL Blue @ Dumyat
Feeling tired at the start so was wandering the first few controls but then started running properly from #5 (downhill!). Pretty clean so pleased, only lost a little at #12 missing the crag then poor route choice at #3 and #15. Also couldn’t decide on a route at #13 so wasted a bit but picked the better route in the end.

Been a good training week - got some decent stuff done (1 sprint, 1 middle, 1 long). Next few weeks will try get out when I can but revision is the priority. Feeling pretty good, only thing i’m lacking is a bit of hill strength but the weather is great now so runs on the fells after school are more likely!

such a lush day and enjoyed the course! mistake at #4 (losing 90s) thinking i had drifted too low but other than that all good. Struggling to run by the end because was so dehydrated but loving the weather <3

wcoc spring series @ whitehaven - did the short so it was more like sprint length. Enjoyed this and orienteered well (only one 5/10s loss?) but had tired legs so died a death on the hill back up from the harbour.
