colonels drive
lost 3mins at #1 oops - must’ve been about 5m away from it both times running through the green between the paths but just missed it, ended up on my hands and knees at one point. Another 30s lost at #12 but happy with the rest of the course. Running and navving well in complex terrain.

legs don’t actually feel that bad, had to force myself to stay in and revise instead of running because the weather is so gorgeous!! got out for a kick about tho to keep myself sane, i miss footballllll
