Scottish 6 - Day 6 - 2nd
Was off early so not as many tracks but still a fair few, was just being very cautious making sure I got on the right one. Didn't push the pace at all until the field at the end, just played it safe making sure I made no big errors because knew I just needed a decent result to finish on the podium overall.

Managed to get 2nd today and was good enough to take a 2nd overall!! Really happy with how this weeks gone results wise and proved to myself I can still race hard and fight for the top spots. In all honesty though haven't actually had a run that I was completely happy with and there is still lots to improve before JHIs and JIRCs!!

Now time for a bit of a break though before Stockholm. It's football time <3

Kept making stupid mistakes like at 5,7,9,11,13. Knew it was a bad run and I'm very disappointed with today because there were just too many stupid errors not taking enough care with my compass or to look at the important details properly. Bad route choice on 9 as well rushing too much. Poorest performance of the week?

Scottish 6 - Day 4 - 2nd
Was a bit flustered out of the start after nearly missing my start and lost 1 minute straight away. Took a while to get into it and never really felt like I was moving very well. Also too hesitant down the hill to 6 and didn't really feel 100% confident on most of the controls so was going slower than I should've. Also definitely should've pushed at the end but thought it was going awful so kinda lost motivation. Rachel smashed it and I ended up miles down but a 2nd is a 2nd haha.

Scottish 6 - Day 3 - 2nd
Not a good run, had an early start and was just so slow and making small errors on 3,4,5,9. Then on the way to 10 started planning 11 and when I got to the marsh just ran along it following my plan to 11 instead of going to 10. Then realised and had to go back. Also worst route choice to 12 through the fence not round lol. Wasn’t a good performance so expected to be far down in positions but everyone found it tough i guess. Got my arse whooped by the NZ girl though who flew round! but happy and shocked with top brit :D

Clearly 3 hours sleep and a steak pie for breakfast is the best race prep!! Been doing it wrong my whole life...

Really buzzing to take the W and pretty shocked because legs were dead from the off up that hill but nav was pretty good other than a small miss at 6 losing a little bit of time.
