easy 20, stiff legs from yesterday at the start.

so many people on the line so bailed and ran towards the river, turned around at 10 mins but went a shorter way back so did a little loop around the church at the end.

also has any one got any recommendations for good road shoes? these pegs are a bit worn out now...

1/2 a hills session (5 reps) just to get back into running at a higher intensity

claire came and was shouting at me and also encouraging me which was nice and was a really nice day as well <3

didn’t think it was too bad but no where near as easy as it used to be! fitness pending... coming soon :D

earning my ice cream

run towards allonby, got picked up by claire along the way.
struggled to cross the road by new balance so tried to run by the shore but the path isn’t there any more, so back along the road it was.

think i’ve got my mojo back - watch. this. space.
