Pip wanted to come but then just wanted to walk as soon as we got to mossbay so had to stop and walk. Then hill up westfield drive was okay with it but had to drop it off and make up the distance.
Physical wise felt rotten this morning with awful belly cramps but not too bad once I was out after 2 paracetamol.

Belly and back pain this morning so turned round at 1.5k point to make it 3k. Ended up feeling okay on the way back so added ab extra but just to make it a little longer.
