moving nicely today, was nice to move a bit faster and was a bit of a shock to the system after lots of plodding lately. Nice to know I can run at that pace for longer than I’d have thought if i’m honest haha.

Still felt pretty comfortable as well. Good stuff.

Also wore a bumbag which was highly annoying as well.

Ellerbeck run, absolutely covered in mud. Felt quite good and was moving along nicely except for the late big dinner laying heavy on my stomach so the last km wasn’t the nicest.
