Cycled down to Holyrood for the sesh. Was fine going down but on the way back it was all the way up the hill (which is masseeeev)

Had a nice grass session. Did some strides and drills to warm up. This session was a relatively speedy one for the grass.

Haven't really done any speed training all summer, and I also have a wee cold. Enjoyed the race and finished 3rd @ scottish women's league.
