Went down to b ham to run a 1500 @ UK ydl final. Cheeky wee 6.5 hour coach journey the day before probably didn't do my legs much good and when we arrived I was supposed to go for a jog but yolo. Race was at 4 and arrived at 11 so a bit of hanging around to begin with. My race plan was to just stick with the lead pack for a as long as possible - seemed to work as finished 2nd. Now for a 3 week rest...

Enjoyed swimming so much yesterday - I did it again today, didn't do track cos racing at the weekend

Did some lengths, then did 400m non stop front crawl. Then sauna (main reason I went)

Sesh down @ the track
To start off with we did 800m around the track where the person at the back bursts and goes to the front and just repeat that.
Then we did 5 x 200m in about 30 ish but definitely felt the lactic in the last one

School xc again - just did the meadows mile in about 5.25 although not sure how precise it is... Did some other stuff but not worth explaining

Went for a run around the meadows because my friend was having a bake sale... Half way round got a mid-run cake!
