Running 16:06 [4] 4.1 km (3:56 / km) +30m 3:47 / km

East District xc league - went off at back of the group and was boxed in a little, then strided it out to the front of the pack. Properly snowy so was sliding about despite wearing spikes. Caught up with the tail end of the boys so used them as something to aim for. Luckily for me the person that should of won wasn't there, so ended up winning!!

Orienteering 29:30 [3] 3.97 km (7:26 / km)

Big weekend's indoor o - most confusing thing ever! Pretty sure it's the biggest building I've ever been in. Also pretty sure I didn't run 4k and that my garmin was just making things up. Last control was fiendishly hard. (also Graham forgot to put no. 3 out (classic)so was looking about there for a while.) on the roof thought it was a chance to stretch my legs, little did I know it was actually an ice rink, tried to stop but just kept on going! Pretty fun race need to do these more often

Another lethal session at Letham. 3 x 2 laps of the field then 3 x 1 lap. After much dispute and confusion we realised the pitch was actually 550 odd metres. After did some core and that. I take back everything I dissed about Tuesday session. Turns out my hamstrings are deeeed. Got big weekend and xc this weekend buzz. Oh also I stopped my watch at the rests.

Started off a jog with my friend, but she would sprint then stop constantly, apparently it was a blizzard' and she felt sick so she headed home. I continued onwards into the 'blizzard' and did a couple reps of the hill. Also need to do some serious stretching as I am surprisingly tight from yesterday's crazyyy distance!!

Track was closed due to snow so had to go to Letham Park - wasn't thinking straight and thought we would be inside the whole time which was so stupid so didn't bring spikes. Did a couple of strides then 10 x 100m, was impossible as I was sprinting in a snowy grass field with some trainers, so was slipping about. Did some core work beforehand. Got some serious milage in today defo worth the 30 min trek to get there!

Chill wan after yesterday, not pushing at all. Going up to the top of the hill, no joke, it was at least 70 mph. Could not run and had to walk / run diagonally, trying to not get pushed or the hill. Pretty exciting weather
