Hill reps down by the seat, so so so muddy and was slipping about despite xc spikes, happy I wasn't sick like last time, but still felt I little dizzy

2 x 2 laps of the football field followed by 1 x 1lap. Then 5 x 60 metre sprints. Enjoyable sesh.
