Scottish schools indoor heats: did the 800 as couldn't be bothered to do 1500. Was running completely by myself and the qualifying was done on times not places which means I had to go full out. Splits: 30, 1.05,?, 2.24... Definitely went off wayyyyy to fast

Finals: Wasn't expecting to be much better than last and legs were deed also had pretty sore back?? ¿¿ But went off a lot slower and then winded it up. Final lap I just went for it and then put a wee dip in and came 3rd. Mad sprint finish and wee pb also.
