Running 17:10 [3] 3.38 km (5:05 / km)

Was supposed to have done a sprints session but did the first rep and was hobbling a bit so did a chill 4 x 800 instead taking it easy cos racing at the weekend and leg also, with 2 min recovery. Times averaging 2.43

Legs fine for longer stuff but can't sprint so leaving out the 800 this weekend.

Running 4:00 [3] 1.2 km (3:20 / km)

Solid 3 x 400, times: 68, 70, 72. 5 mins rest inbetween. The lactic was grim but need to improve speed but my groin has been playing up.

Sunday May 6 #

Running 40:00 [3] 4.61 km (8:41 / km) +35m 8:22 / km

Trains exercise - me lizzie alice and amber started 20 seconds apart so putting us under pressure in race simulation.

Running 38:38 [3] 2.21 km (17:29 / km)

Don't think I can actually log this as orienteering - just went on a walk as we cba'd doing anything

Running 23:21 [3] 2.68 km (8:43 / km)

Clock relay but was pretty tired so walked at any incline
