Saturday May 19 #

Running 1:10:30 [3] 7.43 km (9:29 / km) +220m 8:16 / km

An absolutey atrocious run. #1 was alright, then the long leg to #2 was mediocre and lost some time near the end. Binned it at #3 where I was looking on the wrong boulder for ages losing another 2 1/2 mins. #4 shocking route choice. #5 was horrific. Then Rachel D and Anna caught up with me on the way out of 5 so tried to stick with them. #7 messed up as we were to early looking on the boulder and the rest was ok. Went for it on the run in!!!

Was like 4th last.

Running 15:00 [3] 2.0 km (7:30 / km)

Felt good

Monday May 14 #

Rowing 1:00:00 [3]

Sunday May 13 #

Running race 4:46 [3] 1.5 km (3:11 / km)

East districts 1500m : was feeling pretty nervous before the race not really knowing how i would do. Kept with the pack till the final lap then the rest sped up bar one. Kept with the other girl till 150m then she kicked and couldn't go with her.

Happy with the time considering form and lack of speed work but hoping to go faster by the end of the season!!

Now for this week I'm going to keep on stretching my groin in preparation for british this weekend
