Terrain intervals (840m) around west Blackheath. Running through heather, gorse and bracken was brutal but satisfied.

Running round my favourite loop around Blackheath and my country roads. Felt good even though at night and with a headtorch.

GO Bananas at Shalford Park. Helped to set out controls and coach and help different kids around the course. Collected some of the last loop as well.

Long run home from Guildford station over hills of North downs because lazy boy FRANK COULDN'T BE BOTHERED TO TRAIN WITH ME.
Anyway pretty tired by the end but satisfied.

Park Run at moderately hilly Stoke Park.
Felt ok but still had a stitch for the second half so running at 90%. Should have done more warm-up as well.
Very important question:
WHY are Park-Runs at 9am in the morning?!
