Orienteering race 31:54 [4] 5.0 km (6:23 / km)

Short orienteering event just running an open course in supposedly Tio Mila training terrain, but it wasn't similar at all. It was much easier than previous areas, but I could still run quickly without any ankle discomfort. I was running at 75% pace and felt pretty good so let's see for this weekend!

Orienteering race 34:17 [3] 3.24 km (10:35 / km)

Jogging around a short course in some fairly rough terrain near Stockholm that tested the strength of my ankle. It only felt a little bit uncomfortable but still felt nothing jogging on paths which is a good thing. Easy navigation so no mistakes and enjoyed it despite running at 60%.

Orienteering 41:00 [3] 3.1 km (13:14 / km)

More technical areas near Stockholm that were more open but still very runnable. Less marsh here comparatively to Gothenburg but still as technical. Ankle clearly improving but still uncomfortable.

Orienteering 50:00 [3] 3.0 km (16:40 / km)

Walking again in some amazing technical terrain getting a feel for the map and many different small hills. Good navigation even though I was walking at a slow enough speed to take in the high amount of detail.

Orienteering 40:00 [2] 2.5 km (16:00 / km)

Walking around a Tio Mila training area with Dad feeling how my ankle is holding up. It is improving slowly thankfully.

Orienteering race 51:19 [4] 4.84 km (10:36 / km)
(injured)

Great orienteering on the West side of Partille but it didn't feel like the same area at all because of the patches of runnable-ish green & some mega crags. Felt great for the first half until I rolled over on my ankle going down a bouldery reentrant near the end of the 1.5km leg. I was running at 7min/km pace until then with good momentum through rough terrain, so I was pretty happy with my performance until I tweaked my ankle.
I think I was just unlucky as I did a good amount of ankle warm-up beforehand. May take a day or two off to get it solid again.

Orienteering 1:05:29 [3] 6.7 km (9:46 / km)

Amazing orienteering around Partille - Gothenburg. The area was used for last year's 10Mila race, top quality wilderness style terrain and really well mapped. Lovely runnability and detailed contour work. I ran round the second loop of the longest leg in 10Mila, approx 6-7km. Aim was to practice long leg execution. No navigational problems at all and loved every second!
