7 secs behind PB but happy enough, since soon after swimming. Legs were freezing after taking off the wetsuit, but I managed a decent warm-up.

Just doing a random cross country route around Charterhouse school. Felt good, but could have gone faster on the tarmac sections.

8km - Triathlon training straight into a run.
Sped up the RPM in the last 0.75km so I didn't get jelly legs during the run.

Triathlon training - pretty steep so not the time I will get in the actual race but felt good none the less.
