Running warm up/down 25:00 [2] 1.7 km (14:42 / km)

Orienteering race 27:19 [4] 4.0 km (6:50 / km)

Maximus O Meeting WRE H18E - Middle, Valle Iruelas.
Good run, felt great physically and navigation was pretty much on point. Lost 1.30 between the boulders at #2 but other than that clean, perhaps a bit lucky in a couple of places.

Running warm up/down 25:00 [2] 1.5 km (16:40 / km)

Orienteering race 12:51 [5] 3.8 km (3:23 / km)

Maximus O Meeting - Sprint, Navaluenga
Good solid run, just not as fast as the top guys. No mistakes, maybe losing around 15-20s to hesitations.

Running 59:16 [3] 11.1 km (5:20 / km)

I'm a duathlete - kind of. The paths today back from college were so flooded I got swept downstream when trying to cross a floodplain so had to swim for it. Otherwise pretty nice run, feeling OK, but freezing and wet for the last 10 mins.

Running warm up/down 10:00 [2] 0.8 km (12:30 / km)

Orienteering 47:30 [4] 5.3 km (8:58 / km)

Leith Hill Night O with Paul and Rich.
Use of compass and internal compass was very sloppy today so on some legs my direction was completely off. Something to fix for BNC. Physically felt very good and head to head racing was fun & distracting at the same time, pushing me to go faster.

Running warm up/down 10:00 [2] 1.3 km (7:42 / km)
