Running warm up/down 25:00 [2] 1.5 km (16:40 / km)

Orienteering race 54:44 [4] 9.8 km (5:35 / km)

British Night Champs 2020 Hambleden
Wasn't sure whether to run or not, since I stupidly incurred a bruised and sore toe earlier in the day. It was still pretty painful during warm-up, but decided to give it a try. Noticed it mainly on the hills, but other than that and a 1min mistake at #7, it was a reasonable run. Hobbled over to First Aid afterwards who slapped some ice on it. One day later and pain level is going down, although the bruising is impressive. Just relieved no lasting damage.

Orienteering 1:05:00 [2] 7.1 km (9:09 / km)

Re-running a few legs on yesterday's Long Distance map, checking where I went wrong and just taking it a bit slower. Very useful.

Running warm up/down 25:00 [2] 1.5 km (16:40 / km)

Orienteering race 1:14:30 [4] 9.5 km (7:51 / km)

Maximus O Meeting - Long, Navaluenga
Not so happy with my performance today. It was a new type of terrain and orienteering for me, the mix of rocky and confusing terrain made it hard to simplify which I realised too late into the race. 1:15k scale was another thing to get used to. Definitely quite a bit to learn from this race.
