Different loop up onto the ridge and round on Green Lane starting off with dad.

Great long distance orienteering training, with tapes. Warm so took care to drink plenty of water.

Good mixed s&c session in the garden making use of the sunshine.

Running 57:03 [4] 10.5 km (5:26 / km)

Fast terrain and hilly new run through Blackheath West and Chilworth, steep up to the top of St Martha's and back home via Albury. Felt very good, and pushed hard at the end to beat 1 hour.
