Alternative route back from college, along the Wey, over the hill to Bramley golf course, up Barnett Hill to get back home through Blackheath West. Felt good and pushed up the hills well.

Starting with mum and dad on Blackheath, I climbed St Martha's and Chantries, then back home.

Usual tempo around Green Lane and up onto Blackheath. Legs felt good after the first 1km and kept a steady pace for the rest.
