Loop of Blackheath and Farley Heath, legs didn't feel particularly brilliant.

Easy tempo loop, getting dark very soon nowadays.

Easy up to Gibbet's Hill from Haslemere then down the Greensand Way to Witley Sta. Felt good at the end, and nice to run on some new tracks.

Mass start long distance with Tom and Paul. Lost some time doing a bad route choice to #4 but caught Paul up exiting the butterfly. Always really good to run against others as I felt very good physically and night nav wasn't too rusty.

SEJS training - Holmbury
Usual mix of exercises: corridor, route choice, compass control pick and setting out and collecting controls.
Enjoyed the runnable parts of the area but sometimes the bracken got in the way of fast minute k's. Nav was fine, just felt a bit tired on the hills today.
